Time Synchronization

You should always set the VBrick time synchronization to a NTP server (Configuration/Network/Ethernet, and Configuration/System "Enable Network Time Synchronization").  Here are time accurate addresses you may use from the US Government.  Select the ones that are closest to you:

Being a good netizen:

Check with these sites before just pointing your NTP client at them. You may want to point your own server at several of these sources and then point your clients at your server. This keeps the tier 1 time sources' loads lower which results in better time results.

NTPd on Linux, Solaris, etc. works well. I don't know about Windows Servers' capabilities to be NTP servers very well, but I think these can do it too.
