In windows media player I have seen a title bar at the bottom and information displayed (video title and other things) is this something VBrick can do? 

Yes. The VBrick appliance causes Windows Media Player to display Program Name, Author, and Copyright information in the player.  This is set under "Announce" in the configuration of the WM appliance.  For MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 mullticast, this information is also displayed if you view via StreamPlayer (which launches WMP).

The behavior of the display depends on the player 'skin' you select.
