WM STB
« on: February 20, 2009, 10:29:09 AM »

Can a VBrick WM STB receive a live or archived stream from a standard Windows Media Server? or just VBrick based devices and the Portal Server?

thanks

VBrick uses a standard Windows Media Server (they call it "VOD-WM"), so yes, the set top box works with standard WMS and encoders.  Like any such device, it does a poor job with progressive download because of memory constraints.
