I have video that is streamed over my WLAN and decoded via an mpeg2 6200 decoder, then it is streamed out to the internet via an Mpeg4 encoder. Now, imagine a chat-room full of people watching the webcast. How can i record my desktop as it displays peoples reactions and chats about the webcast along with the video. I know i can use a scan converter to input the PCs screen into the vb6200 decoder to capture all the desktop video.... but i really want it synchronized with the video so they are viewable at the same time, on the same screen.
Will VBPresenter accomplish this somehow? or is it more suited to creating a presentation that is synchronized to a pre-made VOD video rather than a live one?
thnx, Justin

You can record your desktop using the "Screen Capture" program on www.videoalive.com. You can stream your live desktop using the "ScreenScreen" program. Look for updates for both of these products soon.

So, if i want to capture both a website's chat-room activity along side with the streamed video - at the same time, using the desktop "screen capture" is the most logical solution? I assume this would mean opening up a streamplayer window right next to (or overlaid ontop of) the webpage's window in IE....then just running the capture program? I suppose that i could just as easily scan convert the PCs desktop back into a spare 6200 encoder for more control of the trecorded files.
I had planned on doing it in the above manner, but I wasn't sure if there was a "more elegant" solution that VBpresenter could provide.
