When viewing a saved video through Firefox we are getting this error. The same video through IE works fine with the same person logged in. The documentation mentions this...."Firefox users will also be prompted to install additional components the first time you launch a stream—if you are configured to receive these download components." What do you mean by "if you are configured to receive these download components"? I have not been able to find anything in the options for Firefox that might be not allowing any downloads. Is this something that needs to be setup on the VBrick side and not the browser side?
Another strange thing that is happening is that I view a Live Broadcast one day on a system with IE and then about 5 days later I can't view any videos....come to find out all the ActiveX controls for VBrick are disabled. I reenabled and all worked again. I didn't manually disable them so just wondering if there are any ideas of what might just disable them.

You must set the MCS to enable the download of components to browsers. This is a "global" setting in the admin control panel.

Thank you. I asked our team that has access to that to take a look at the setting, but I haven't heard back from them yet.
Here's another strange one. I have a couple of users that can view saved videos but live broadcasts they get the "Program Currently....." error. Their add-ons are all enabled.

Chances are you are using multicast and it is not available to these users.

They are in the same domain group I am in, but I can see it.

Does your domain have anything to do with multicast (not likely)? Are you using multicast (you have provided no clue to help you with this)?

Also, if you are in fact using multicast for live broadcast - which you more than likely are -- if the viewer is on the wireless network they will not be able to see the stream. Mulitcast is not supported on most wireless networks.
