Schedule WMP fullscreen

I have a need to schedule WMP to play a stream, file or a playlist and play it fullscreen.  (for a public access cabletv channel, such as council meetings).
The current application schedules MPG2 files fullscreen and out the video card to the cable feed. 

I could schedule apps with windows task scheduler (WMP supports a "fullscreen" CLI switch), but it would be nice for the customer to have a GUI interface.

Is there one?

Sort of.  The "video signage" application on videoalive does this, but it does not appear to be exactly what you want.  Send a message to info@videoalive with specific needs and perhaps a custom applicaitoin will appear...
